Tony Naples
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Naples joined RedCell Technologies in October 2010. Today he is responsible for managing the strategic direction of the company, interacting with clients, employees, investors and other stakeholders. Mr.Naples brings over 25 years of leadership experience in the hardware, software development and network infrastructure industries.
Prior to Redcell Technologies, Mr. Naples served as Sales Director for Aruba Networks (ARN) from early stage revenue through IPO.
As Vice President at Netspeak Corporation, Mr. Naples was instrumental in driving strategic partnerships with companies such as Siemens, Bay Networks, and MCI Communications, leading to $45 million investment by Bay Networks and NetSpeak IPO.
He served as President at Metro Link Inc. directing the company through its transition from embedded software to video streaming DVR software for companies such as ATI and Creative Labs, successfully negotiating the sale of the company to USDTV.
As founder and Senior Vice Presidnet at Xybridge he drove relationships with Motorola, Verizon Wireless NTT DoComo and Ascom resulting in Zhone Technologies acquisition of Xybridge.
Tennyson LaJeunesse
Chief Technology Officer / Founder
Tennyson LaJeunesse founded RedCell Technologies in May of 2006. Today he is responsible for managing the company services across systems integration, technology consulting and infrastructure outsourcing. Mr. LaJeunesse brings a proven record of technology consulting and integration across a wide array of disciplines.
In 2008, Mr. LaJeunesse co-founded PacketTel Networks, a hosted Voice over IP provider.
Prior to RedCell Technologies in 2001, Mr. LaJeunesse served as Co-Founder and Vice President of BroadSource Technologies, Inc. a managed service provider (MSP). His responsibilities were to manage the delivery of technology solutions and services to a wide range of clients within the SMB market.
Mr. LaJeunesse began his career in technology at Netwolves Corporation, an early stage firewall and security company. Excelling within the organization, Mr. LaJeunesse was quickly moved into a director position responsible for managing both support and integration service teams.
Robert Wilske
Chief Operating Officer
Robert Wilske joined RedCell Technologies in February of 2009. Today he is responsible for managing company operational tasks. Mr. Wilske brings a proven record of building successful business operations, project management and strong client relationships.
Prior to joining RedCell Technologies Mr. Wilske spent six years as President of 1st National Leasing Corporation a leader in the equipment finance industry. Mr. Wilske has more than 10 years experience in the financial industry where he was personally responsible for an excess of $100M in lease transactions.
